Update on Week 3

Okay I have not been a good little girl… I am on holiday at the moment and it seems that so is my plan to fit into a size 34… 

Lets hope I get that sorted… I need to learn how to make it work even on holiday… cause let’s face it… holiday is part of my new lifestyle…and this is a TLC (Total Lifestyle Change).. I want to go to the beach more often in a swim-suite… need to be able to control it on holiday…
